Okay so there is this girl I have been friends with for months now. I like her but felt like I never stood a chance since she has many guy friends and her past relationships ended badly. During the college xmas break I saw her tag a guy friend of hers on facebook in a pic of a stuff bear and she called it “buddy”. I saw him comment “not cool”.
Back from xmas vacation I was hanging out with her at out break and she saw that guy and said that hes a guy that she talked on facebook with or something like not cant remember exactly. I told her she should go say hi and she said no that hes a guy and he should first. He looked her way and she told him to come over by montionning one of her fingers at him. He came over they talked five minutes and she introduced us to each other. and he left. This week she put on her facebook that “true love is a gift ” and she put “pisces(L)” . The guy is a pisces. Is she with him?
It doesn’t sound like it. I think if she were actually with him there would be more obvious signs. Plus there’s the relationship profile link on facebook that almost everyone uses. If they were serious about each other they would want everyone to know they were together.
It sounds like maybe….maybe, she’s crushing on him. But a lot of times crushes don’t lead to anything more. Until you find out for sure, I wouldn’t read too much into it.
My advice: ask her. You could be really casual and drop little hints like “someone’s in a good mood, wouldn’t have anything to do with “guys name’ would it” but really lighthearted like you’re just teasing and you could see how she reacts.
Also, I think you should let her know how you feel about her. If she sees you in a different light, as a potential boyfriend, she might start developing feelings for you. You never know.
